Processing & Shipping:
We ship within the continental United States for a flat rate of $8.00. We are happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii will be an additional charge. Please contact us for rates at

We make every effort to process and ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. Deliveries via USPS Ground normally take 5-7 business days once shipped. If you're in a hurry, expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) is available on most items at an additional charge.
Please note that select items and custom orders require additional time and will be identified in their product description.
Refund, Returns Policies:
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a prompt refund, credit or exchange, less shipping charges, within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned unused, tags attached and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on custom orders, personalized products and sale items.

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Green Mama at your own cost.
If your item appears to have been damaged during shipping, kindly contact us immediately at 727.954.6287 or info@greenmama.com. Please retain all packaging so that it may be inspected in the event of a claim. It is imperative that you contact us within 7 days of delivery of damaged goods or we cannot process a claim
